Have something like this ICT Unconference (or "Shark Tank") once a month in Wichita? Business leaders could sit down and take on (support) a Kansas idea or project? And/or commit time to help mentor great ideas. Could be done at the Wichita Chamber downtown. What a great way to help build our town and state! Only top five ideas each month.
People are turning old buildings downtown into apartments and lofts. With no garages to speak of they need storage. Why not turn some of the old buildings that are sitting empty into storage? Start with the first floor and keep moving up until the building is full?
There is nothing for kids to do or place's just for kids to eat on the West side of Wichita. I want to start up a restaurant that caters to kids. I would have two to three eateries in it the same size as the eateries in airports (small). In the eatery I would also like to build a play area that can be washed automatically (think carwash) twice a day.
